As a Mental Health Professional with a hint of Human Resources skills sprinkled in, I am also a techie so I am able to understand or learn new things in these areas. I love helping people and I am very empathic and patient towards the people I work with although I do not mince words, I still look out for them and it is my way to tell them on how to improve their work or on themselves.

• Welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting an orientation program

Responsible for administering, scoring and interpreting psychological tests for clients and patients. Collaborating with the Psychologist for the appropriate tools and analyzing test results.
Even as a volunteer we were given tasks to support children with disabilities or special needs. We would provide one-on-one assistance to help them with daily tasks, educational activities and even socializing with the other children. I was to ensure that the individuals I was assigned to were supervised all the time, and coordinate their daily tasks with the Lead Teacher.
As a front desk clerk in a court, I would be responsible in handling records and management of court hearings, arrange court dates in accordance with the attorney's requests and make sure that all lawyers, witnesses, accused and defendants are present at each hearing.
Ensuring accuracy in transcribing medical dictations, notes and recordings into written documents.
Answering questions involving patient's needs and aligning them with the Doctor's schedule.
Maintain the patient's records in an orderly manner for ease of access and prioritizing confidentiality.
Giving out and interpreting performance tests and issuing rewards or constructive criticism for improvement.
Under the supervision of a Psychologist or Mental Health professional to help the client with their Mental Health.
