I am responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, and maintaining data to ensure smooth business operations. My role involves handling confidential information, managing records, and updating databases with precision and efficiency. I assist in preparing reports, filing documents, and coordinating schedules to support the administrative needs of the company.
I 'am responsible for everything that happens to a product from the moment it is delivered to the store to the moment a shopper picks it up off the shelf. Depending on the retailer, that may include: performing stock outs, organizing the shelf, setting up displays, and setting up price and promotional signs
Working at the front desk. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, answering face to face inquiries and reply to email and telephone, supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, organize and schedule appointments and meeting, and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Order office supplies, provide information by answering questions and requests.
