Do you normalize the feeling of being anxious, worried, unhappy, or changes in your eating or sleeping pattern?
And you think you're just having a hard time?
So, you live with it, every day.
Or have you ever lost the reason and the will like time stops in the midst of the darkest season?
And you think you're just having a hard time?
So you live with it, every day.
Or have you ever thought that you've lost something, but
you're unconsciously losing your rhythm for your relationships with people, passion, and motivation?
And ends up realizing that it was you who chose to live with it.
(Mental health definition)
It's a serious matter.
It would be a long-term self-issue and can cause a lot to your whole being.
I, Louie Aquino of 2nd year Bs Psychology,
encouraging you to raise mental health awareness.
Advocating
S e l f a w a r e n e s s. It's your power to be aware of yourself.
Reaching up for help such as support groups or mental health professionals.
[To break the stigma and increase much more understanding of mental health issues.]
For a safe school environment as well as a community aiming for contributing well-being.
Even if everything seems normal, you don't have to live with it, but you have to deal with it. It's either you save or lose yourself.
