To assess the medical doctor in doing patient care management, vital signs will be taken, medical certificates reviewed, and annual physical exams conducted. This information will be used to evaluate disease based on lab results and behavioral evaluations. A solution will be sought to reduce disease prevalence by digitally tracking and summarizing data. The focus will be on reducing the top 10 most prevalent diseases through lifestyle modification and appropriate medication as prescribed by the doctor.
