1. Have a full and comprehensive knowledge of all ship facilities and services
2. Clean Guest suite bathroom, verandas, remove garbage, and restock supplies, amenities and
linen in the locker and trolley.
3. Maintain a high-level communication.
4. To be fully knowledgeable of in suite service, amenities, functions and systems.
5. Report any guest related concerns to the Executive Housekeeper
6. Report for work on time, attend daily shift briefing, setup the corridor with trolley, vacuum and
chemical buckets
7. Creating a memorable stay for the guest and following up on all guest request promptly.
8. Maintain the cleanliness of the corridor and lockers
9. Day cleaning and turn down service of all signed suites. Along with all other scheduled extra
duties and control and safeguard of all stocks used
10. All suites services to be delivered to company standard based on the standard suite.
11. Inspection form, standard set-up manuals and inspections perform by the Executive
Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeepers
12. Follow up on special daily duty assignment
13. Follow the department standard, specifications and work routine.
14. Complete the proper cleaning and restocking of a suite before you proceed to the next one.
15. Provide Embarkation Service
16. Protect ship equipment and report faulty or broken equipment
17. Follow the correct garbage separation procedure.
18. End of contract cleaning procedures for suites to be followed and completed prior to the sign of
date.
19. Follow all Public Health policies and procedures and to perform Public Health standard of
cleaning in all lockers, corridors, and pantries.
20. Use the correct cleaning chemicals, supplies and Personal Protective Equipment required to
perform your duties.
21. Perform evening watch and long watch duties as scheduled throughout each cruise.

22. Perform any additional cleaning task required by the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant
Housekeeper.
23. Follow the name recognition program as set out by the company.
24. Perform extra duties as required by the company such as Guest Welcome Back or Crew
Acknowledgement events as set out by voyage demands.
25. Report all maintenance issues in your suites and working areas as soon as you notice or are
made aware of them.
26. Perform deep-cleaning task during low occupancy periods or as directed by supervisors.
