Review and update accounts with the most recent credit report from Identity IQ and other platforms. Update the credit score, revolving accounts, installments and derogatory. Review recent dispute submission, update and create dispute letters for accounts and identifiers. Maintain a good working environment and make sure that the quality service is delivered to the end clients. Cover recurring tasks until all necessary disputes and deletion are swept from the target accounts. Responsible for viewing updated credit reports from our clients, entering results and updates into our CRM, and following a process for next step disputing. Responsible for being able to understand a credit report, entering notes into our CRM so our team can communicate effectively to our clients, and entering in new data found on the credit report into our CRM. Receive between tasks per day regarding credit report disputing. Responsible for disputing our client's names, addresses, late payments, inquiries, and negative accounts. Training will be provided. Create and send letters to furnishers to make sure that we request for Debt Validation and request for negative items deletion if no proof or documentation is provided.
