• Electronics communication machine, tools and Gaming gadgets.
▪ Provide supervisory and technical support to all staff.
▪ Repair to include: Hardware level 1, 2, & 3 including Software Applications.
▪ Troubleshoots down to the component level, repairs and documents all failures.
▪ Handles customer requests for technical assistance.
▪ Completes repairs to the required standard and returns them within the
designated period. Achieves production targets while maintaining the required
repair quality standards.
Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.
▪ Handled hardware and software issue using special tools and boxes for cellphones.
▪ Supervise and assist technician to examine the unit and observe operation until an
initial suspicion is developed to open up the unit and perform further checks using
electronic hand tools and prescribed testers to determine whether parts are faulty.
▪ Ensure that all pertinent repair and testing tools are in proper working condition.
▪ Supervise and assist the technician for application of standard procedures and
observe regular work schedules to achieve optimum work productivity.
▪ Perform the final testing and validation of firmware and printed circuit board.
▪ Assist sales representative and customer desk officer/technical staff in customer
complain for technical issue.
