Oversee the preparation, cooking of one day old chicks, and supervise and coordinate the activities of staff. Place orders for food and supplies and monitor work flow. Schedule and set up food preparation in accordance with recipes.

Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, conducting stock takes, and minimizing waste. Develop and implement training programs for food and beverage staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Responding to customer inquiries via email in a prompt and professional manner. Investigating and resolving customer complaints and concerns. Maintaining knowledge of new product offerings and ongoing promotions.
Hire, train and develop all restaurant staff. Create side work assignments and ensure completion with wait staff.
Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.
Maintain all reservation systems and book to accommodate business demands.
Maintain schedules, payroll and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls and inventory.
