With almost a year of experience in Customer Support Service – TopData Global IT Solutions – as a Non - Voice Technical Service Representative whose job is to gain sales, provide technical and non-technical information, and update all the billing information of our client in our back end. I was able to quickly adapt to changes in the software, manage my time properly, and develop my communication skills both in virtual and non-virtual. Furthermore, I am a detail-oriented person as well as a team member and I have a strong attention to detail. I am sure that I will adapt well with the any environment.
