I am a Bachelor in Business Management focused on Financial Management and former Service Quality Manager and Total Quality Manager at the biggest fast-food chain in the Philippines, Jollibee Foods Corporation, under the De Guzman Group of Companies. With experience in field work for over 4 years. Expert in data entry and Excel form uses. Pivot, payroll and schedule management. A Service Quality Manager is 2nd in rank at the store management level. As a Service Quality Manager, my primary responsibility is to give 100% satisfaction to every customer as well as make decisions on how to handle the finances of our company following a set standard for providing a profitable day-to-day operation. Encoding 100% accurate sales data and creating reports on the factors that affect our everyday operations. Proper communication is well practiced for our every endorsement every shift. I monitor incomes and expenses and create layouts on how to minimize expenses and maximize sales opportunities.
With all these skills I can facilitate multiple functions and will surely be at my very best all the time.
