Overall, a business’s goal is profit. In this line of work, occupancy is the main driver regardless of how
hosts price their rental rate. Occupancy is directly related to reviews, online presence, and lastly price.
Exposure to various OTAs or platforms is also an advantage. The higher the occupancy, the higher the
volume of reviews coming in, and the higher profit if priced right and all things have been considered.
More satisfied guests equal to higher reviews, more referrals, more dates booked, higher revenues, and
more importantly business growth.

As a multidimensional property and operations manager who combines my love of hospitality with my
knowledge of overseeing short-term rentals, I've had the honor of managing a variety of properties. I've
managed the cleaning crew, service suppliers, tourist expectations, and property owner expectations for a
well-known national brand in the past. I was able to establish the brand as a super host on Airbnb, a top
host on Agoda, and a preferred partner on Booking.com while working as a property manager, operations
manager, and host for short-term rentals.
I have also acquired the specialized abilities required to work remotely, including digital bookkeeping,
customer service via chat platforms, video and photo editing for product marketing, data entry for record
keeping and databases, and social media management for digital marketing.
I have also had general virtual assistance and Facebook advertising training. To hone such abilities, I
have worked with and for Prova PH.
Before this, I was the site manager for Bricks and Greens Construction, where I was responsible for
managing all parts of the projects, including their administrative, financial, and physical components.
I worked with Makati Development Corporation, one of the largest general contractors in the nation, for
2.5 years before accepting the position of site manager at Bricks and Greens, performing the following
duties: project management coordinator, project engineer, and project officer.
I have continuously shown throughout my career that I have a strong work ethic, outstanding
communication skills, and the capacity to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with ease.
In any creative and difficult environment, my unique combination of management style and coordination
with various stakeholders both inside and outside has given me the skills and knowledge that are needed

Monitors the daily activities for a short-term rental business. Meets with property owners, coordinates with the cleaning team, reservations team, OTA support team, and other stakeholders.
