I am an aspiring Social Media Manager, currently working in a BPO company for 5 years with experience with 5 different campaigns/accounts. I supported an AI Chatbot Servicing Company before which was my first Campaign from 2018-2020, our main task was to calibrate the accuracy of the response of the chatbot. Then I got redeployed to an E-commerce Campaign from 2020-2021, in which our main task was to identify which items are considered prohibited that our users are selling on our E-commerce website.
Then in October 2021, our team dissolved and I got redeployed again to a Power Service Provider campaign until February 2022, where our main task at that time was to compare if the information on the billing statement was similar to the details we have on our system data. I also worked on another E-commerce campaign with Data Tagging as our main task.

Data Tagging: tagging items from online stores based on their category, function, and gender (if specified).
Data General: scoring the accuracy of the chatbot's response based on the customer's input, either the category, the chatbot's message to the input, and if the link provided is correct and working.
Content Moderator: approving items posted for sale on an e-commerce website and escalating if the item is prohibited, we also check the user's/customer's profile to see if their information is correct for their transaction legitimacy.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
