As a Virtual Assistant for Mekanix Gym, I managed a variety of administrative tasks including handling emails, phone calls, and texts. My role also involved generating and calling leads to support business growth. Additionally, I assisted the gym owner with his other ventures, such as property listings, and provided personal support by managing day-to-day tasks like processing groceries, conducting online research, and booking appointments.
I remedied issues quickly and within the parameters of company-mandated policies and procedures. By working closely with each customer, I carefully resolved issues in a timely fashion. I accurately documented all customer information in the computer system, providing dated notes for future reference. Additionally, I assisted the department with email-based and phone support when the call center was busy or short-staffed.
I resolved a diverse range of technical issues across multiple systems and applications for customers and end-users in various time zones. I recommended solutions to complex situations through research and critical thinking, and escalated cases to supervisors for enhanced support when necessary. Additionally, I supported customer inquiries and issues by gathering data, analyzing needs, evaluating possible resolutions, and implementing the best solutions.
I maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns. I provided primary customer support to both internal and external customers, recommended products to customers by thoroughly explaining details, and clarified customer issues to determine the root cause of problems and resolve product or service complaints.
