In my role at STAFFVIRTUAL, I handle various tasks such as creating and posting posters, including those for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, client commendations, and more. I also manage email blasts for company announcements and RSVPs. Additionally, I oversee content for our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, with a focus on engaging with our followers.
I am proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Canva, Mailchimp, Monday.com, and Airtable. As a recruiter, my responsibilities include screening candidates, sending text blasts, and conducting virtual interviews.
During my time at Optum, I had the opportunity to handle various tasks, including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and faxing. In the Prior Authorization account, we are responsible for processing patient requests for medications. This involves gathering their information, checking eligibility, verifying ICD10 codes, and asking medical questions. Our goal is to help patients secure their medications and provide alternative options when necessary.
In the Collections Billing department, we focus on collecting outstanding balances from patients for their infusions. We encourage timely payments to ensure they can receive their next infusions. Additionally, we input billable items to track the amounts we need to collect. I was proud to be awarded second place in my team for collecting the highest amount.
