Creating monthly scorecard for L1 and L2 agents
Creating Monthly Business Review ppt file and providing the details that our manager's need for the meeting
Creating weekly report for tower call providing SLAs and KPIs
Sending daily reports to the Client providing the SLA scores of the account
Updating local reports daily providing daily incoming transaction and SLAs of all channels (Phone, Chat, Email and Web)
Generating reports based on ADHOC task from my managers
Processing orders from the customer to upgrade their devices to the latest model
Tracking the status of the order via logistic tool
