I am John James Placibe or you may just simply call me JJ. I have 14 years of experience and expertise in the BPO Industry, 7 years of which as a Customer Service Representative for US customers, wherein I've handled accounts under health care, pharmacy, collections and retail card services, and 7 years as a Customer Experience Supervisor working with US customers and clients for a Financial Institution. This 2022, I am now venturing as an exemplary Virtual Assistant with ample experience doing administrative and assistant work which include research, data gathering and analysis, report construction and presentation, email writing and management, communication and graphic designing, social media management and data entry.
I would describe myself as someone who is driven to deliver impressive results, well-organized, a critical thinker, a team-player, has great attention to detail, has a creative mind and bold enough to take on any challenge. Combined with my years of experience, I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to your business/organization.
When not at work, I enjoy my time by spending it with my beloved partner whom I've been with for 12 years now, playing video games in my gaming PC and consoles, I also enjoy baking and I can also sing. lastly, I have an obsession with the color Pink! Most of my stuffs are colored pink, even my Nintendo Switch and PS4 is pink! When I am surrounded with this color, it keeps me relax and always puts a smile on my face and this color also sums up my personality.

• Administrative task such as customer support, research, reporting, analysis, calendar and email management, and presentation.

• Assist calling pharmacies regarding their customer’s prescription request and/or inquiry.
• Assist pharmacies in processing prescriptions for approval and/or over-rides.
