II have encoded and organized the Advisory Master List of learners in a Google Spreadsheet. This document serves as a digital record of all students under my advisory class for the school year.

Details of the Spreadsheet

The master list is structured into two main sections, each containing the following key data fields:

• No. – Sequential numbering of students for easy reference.

• Name of Learner – Full name of each learner written in the format Last Name, First Name, Middle Name.

• LRN (Learner Reference Number) – A unique 12-digit identification number assigned by the Department of Education (DepEd) to each student.

• Birthday – The learner’s date of birth, formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.

Purpose

The purpose of this encoding process is to:

• Maintain an accurate and accessible digital record of all advisory students.

• Facilitate easier tracking, reporting, and updating of student information.

• Ensure that all learners’ LRNs and birthdates are properly documented for official school use and compliance with DepEd requirements.
