As an Executive Assistant in the Accounting Department at ZW Real Estate Development
Corporation, operating within the hotel and resort industry, I was responsible for processing
invoices, recording payments, and tracking the company’s expenses to ensure accurate
financial reporting. I prepared checks for supplier payments and ensured that all accounts
receivable and payable activities were carried out accurately and on time. My role also
involved sending billing statements to customers, processing refunds, coordinating with
collection agencies for overdue accounts, and resolving billing disputes.
I maintained detailed and up-to-date records of all cash inflows and outflows and prepared
vouchers for accounts payable. I also handled payroll preparation for the company’s
employees. Additionally, I managed the processing of government compliance requirements,
including transactions and filings with the BIR, Business Bureau, and other regulatory
agencies.
Apart from my accounting duties, I provided broad administrative support, including the
processing and renewal of business permits. I coordinated internal meetings and company
events, managed executive travel and logistics, and ensured all tasks were handled with a
high level of confidentiality and compliance. My role required strong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to support both the finance and operations teams within a
dynamic and customer-focused hospitality environment.
As a Patient Care Coordinator for the International Business Group, I was
responsible for making outbound calls to international patients to providing information
about healthcare services, and coordinating their care journey. I ensured clear
communication between patients and medical teams, addressed inquiries and concerns,
and maintained accurate records of patient interactions. My role required a high level of
professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to deliver excellent service and support
to patients across different countries and time zones
