I work remotely as a healthcare virtual assistant with routine task such as managing the front office, setting patient appointments, patient engagement, gathering insurance information, scribing, and admin task.
My duty as a virtual assistant is to deal with the patient’s invoices and insurance, making sure that it is correctly billed and paid by insurance fully. My job also includes creating reconsideration in which cases are reviewed by a higher authority, where parties request a formal change to an official decision.
As a Chat Support Representative, I respond to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise, orders, product questions, or problems in a live chat format using an online chat software system. Receives inquiries from a queue, document customer interactions, and inputs tickets.
