I am an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented professional with a diverse background in business management, administrative support, customer service, and virtual assistance. With nearly 9 years of experience in online selling and almost 5 years of managing my own motorcycle parts retail store, I’ve built a solid foundation in sales, financial management, operations, and client relations. I also run a small lending business, which has sharpened my skills in trust-building, documentation, and money management.

In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I have completed specialized training and internships in Virtual Assistance, Xero Bookkeeping, Social Media Management, and Executive Assistance. Through these, I gained hands-on experience in file and calendar management, email handling, taking minutes, SOP documentation, and content planning. I also became proficient in tools like GetResponse, GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, and Gmail, which support my work in digital marketing and administrative tasks.

My past role as a preschool teacher developed my patience, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure—traits that continue to serve me well in every professional endeavor.
