I am an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented professional with a diverse background in business management, administrative support, customer service, and virtual assistance. With nearly 9 years of experience in online selling and almost 5 years of managing my own motorcycle parts retail store, I’ve built a solid foundation in sales, financial management, operations, and client relations.
In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I have completed specialized training and internships in Virtual Assistance, Xero Bookkeeping, Social Media Management, and Executive Assistance. Through these, I gained hands-on experience in file and calendar management, email handling, taking minutes, SOP documentation, and content planning. I also became proficient in tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Canva, and Gmail, which support my work in digital marketing and administrative tasks.
My past role as a preschool teacher developed my patience, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure—traits that continue to serve me well in every professional endeavor.
With a passion for learning and adaptability, I thrive in dynamic environments and am always ready to take on new challenges while providing efficient, reliable support to individuals and businesses.

I oversee all aspects of business operations, from inventory management to customer service. I ensure that the store provides high-quality motorcycle parts and accessories while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. My role requires a combination of sales expertise, financial management, and problem-solving skills to keep the business running smoothly.
I was responsible for fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. I designed and implemented age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning experiences to support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. My role required patience, creativity, and strong communication skills to guide children during their formative years.
Provide administrative support, manage schedules, handle data entry, coordinate emails, and streamline tasks.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day accounts function ensuring Sage and Xero are accurate and up to date.
