For the past 8 wonderful years, I've had the opportunity to handle a healthcare and sales account, where I've honed my skills as Quality support, Assisting stakeholders to manage and keep the business going. Emphasizing good customer service by assisting both customers and providers with a wide range of insurance-related matters, including coverage, billing, claims, and appeals. During this time, I have honed my good communication skills, as well as a keen understanding of customer needs and how to build long lasting relationship.
