• Responsible for the overall supervision of branch operation
• Ensures compliance of the branch to bank’s policies & procedures, BSP Regulations, AMLC regulations and policies set by other Government regulatory bodies
• Responsible for the accounting section of the branch.
• Responsible for reporting and monitoring branch books.
• Ensures zero operational loss.
• Ensures low audit ratings.
• In-charge of cash management of the branch
• Directly supervises branch operations
• Provides assistance to Sales and Service Head and Branch Manager to ensure compliance of the branch to Operations Policies & Procedures set by the bank and regulations set by BSP, AMLC and other Regulatory Agencies.
• Ensures branch quality service delivery to clients.
• Functions as the primary internal audit of the branch; verifies and checks actual transactions as against head office reports for inconsistencies, errors and possible fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Reports deficiencies noted during checking of transactions.
• Prepares various month-end reports and other reports as required by head office.
• Monitors branch Deposit Liability, expenses and profitability.
