For Regular Customer:
• Offer regular customers with other natural or organic supplements we market.
• Calling and monitoring customers if they take the product consistently with the right dosage.
• Tracking the number of bottles/cans that the customer is having so we can offer refills or reorder.

For Non-Regular Customer:
• Get hold with prospects whose been dealing with medical conditions
• Gather information concerning prospect’s medical condition and their health goals
• Educate them about the root cause of their condition and what should be done to address it naturally.
• Establish rapport and effective communication to get the trust of the prospect and the significance of improving the quality of their health through using natural remedies
• Educate and encourage prospects to take the product we offer to improve their health, making sure to deliver sales and hit quota with compliance with QA’s guidelines.
• Handle Technical Windows issues with the recent Microsoft Operating Systems particularly on activation, installation, windows updates and downloads.
• Support customers on their MS Office Programs Installation and Subscription issues.
• Support OneDrive and Outlook Mail Issues and other Microsoft Products.
• Offer MS Office Suites either the Full version or the subscription type Office 365.
• Offer recent Microsoft operating systems specifically Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
• Should close 1 or two sales a day to pass monthly sales requirements and pass scorecard.
• Offer Premium services to customers either monthly or yearly once the issue is complex and not under with the complimentary support.
• Should monitor and make a follow up to make sure that the issue has been fully resolved.
• Should introduce to customers the Microsoft products available online or through the Microsoftstore.com and also inform them whenever Microsoft offers sale on selected products and services.
• Had to maintain a good customer relationship as Microsoft’s primary goal.
• Conduct surveys or interview Business Officers through phone from the provided samples and gather their views and opinions concerning certain products and services offered by the client.
