As a data entry specialist, I created and submitted invoices to our retail partner, Tractor Supply. Additionally, I managed social media by repurposing and creating original content for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest while engaging with followers. I also managed online store listings on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify. For customer service, I responded to inquiries through Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and social media channels. Lastly, I created email campaigns using MailChimp for sales and promotions, as well as wrote content for the Shopify blog.
As an Operations Manager, I oversee general operational activities at all levels of the organization to ensure that each team achieves its monthly KPIs and targets. I analyze and improve procedures to enhance quality, output, and effectiveness, and also participate in the hiring of new employees and planning for area expansion in collaboration with the team.
