I have been working as a vault custodian/teller at Cebuana Lhuillier for just over 3 years and was promoted branch appraiser/OIC. In 5 years in this company I learned a lot of things especially how to handle different task and challenges given to me. I have experienced selling our products online, handle different inquiries and concerns. It is important that solving problems or concerns of clients is giving customer satisfaction that’s why our customer is not only just a client but also a friend. As a reliable, responsible, hard-working person and I have gained plenty of diverse skills, qualities, and experienced that have helped me to become a proficient and highly effective Virtual Assistant.
