Oversee success of day-to-day operations while looking for opportunities of improvement
Duties include planning and controlling various steps of service process.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; driving the resolution of service transition pain points; and holding self and team accountable for results.
•Responsible for managing escalated issues and collaborating with other departments as necessary to expedite resolution.
•Streamline process to effectively support business function
•Accountable for the development and maintenance of knowledge base such as internal and third-party products within the area of responsibility.
•Set employee performance expectations and address performance issues.
•Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and team meetings.
•Work closely with subordinates to foster exchange of ideas such as formulating strategies, improvement in performance and compliance and implementation of best practices.
•Recruit, plan, assign, train, supervise and discipline employees within the area of responsibility
•Contribute in collating, sanitizing and transforming data into a valuable and high quality report to support the successful delivery of the monthly operational and analytical reports required by management or stakeholders
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
