Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, account questions, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate via inbound or outbound telephone calls with customers
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information
• Accurately document and update records in required system
• Communicate to customers and attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls
• Escalate customer complaints and/or through the appropriate channel to management
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
• Ensure that the customer service is the main priority.
• Assured that the policies and procedures of the outlet are enforced.
• When necessary, resolves customer complaints to the customers satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Establish cleanliness and appearance levels and make certain that the shop personnel maintain the facility to those established criteria.
• Prepare the employee work schedule and ensuring the kiosk is properly manned to handle the customer load.
• Do telemarketing to increase target sales for new collections and coming promotions.
• Establish and monitor the product displays in the outlet.
• Conducting sales of slow moving inventory within the shop including end-of- the-year sales to reduce inventory levels during the off season.
• Maintain strong inventory and purchasing control policies and procedures within the outlet.
• Generating sales by providing outstanding customer service.
• Utilizing special product knowledge.
• Assisting and providing tips on the kind of cosmetics and skincare that would be most suitable according to the customer needs.
• Maintaining awareness of all promotional offers and encourages the customer to avail discounts on the products promoted by the store.
• Offering advice to the customer.
• Responsible in stocking and replenishing.
• Responsible in merchandising and display maintenance.
• Responsible in arranging and checking stocks at the stockroom.

•Attending all incoming telephone calls provides information, takes and relays messages, and returns calls as necessary.
•Receiving and distributing incoming mail; preparing outgoing mail.
