-Controls and coordinates the management of all social media platform of all Business
-Controls and coordinates all marketing communication according to the companyneeds.
-Conduct Outgoing and Incoming phone calls to support the company needs, for Sales & services.
-Provides clerical & administrative support to the whole organization. Handles telephone calls, Company
-Verification, and relays important messages to the Company Director, Office manager, Sales Advisors, and Marketing.
-Prepares Documents for printing and updates Work/business related documents and Spreadsheets. Such as but are not limited to Inventory, Call Log, Service & Installs trackers, Installation documents, Contracts, CRM’s and the like.
-Responsible in providing exceptional customer service.
-Handles Incoming and outgoing email communication for clients and client related concerns.
-Manage pool of Coaches
- Evaluate classes with low ratings
- Conduct coaching sessions with tutors who failed their QA for the month, tutors who received valid Low Star Ratings, tutors who received valid Refund requests from students.
-Monitor the tutors who were coached until improvements / adjustments are made
-Give the tutors an activity that they can do to help them address and improve their weakness
-Randomly monitor the tutors’ classes
- Provide reminders and feedback to the tutors being monitored
- Send reports on time
-Helps cardholders understand statements / bills
-Maintain existing accounts
-Assist cardholders in understanding how the system works
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
