*To assist ALL dispatchable (Cable and broadband) work orders such as fault cleanup projects and services order dispatch.
*Schedule and dispatch work orders or other related service orders to appropriate locations according to customer request.
*Callback subscriber to inform schedule and any service related concerns.
*Relay work orders, messages and information to or from work crews, supervisors and field inspectors using telephone.
*Will be responsible in data entry monitoring of fault service order updates, handling inquiries, roll call team for update and follow up.
*Accurate database updating and create necessary record transaction in ICMS.
*Identify and escalate priority issues, follow up service orders and transaction where necessary.
*Responsible for close out of accomplished service orders within the set service level agreement.
*Classification includes installation, reconnection, replacement of CPEs disconnection and non dispatchable service orders.
*Ensures that correct S&E’s are attached based on the products and service availed by the customer and handles S&E Provisioning.
