(METHOD DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST)

- Performs analytical method development from research and literature review, design of experiments
and method validation/verification for existing and new products.
- Creates analytical method validation protocols, analytical method validation reports, validated test
methods, and certificate of analysis.
-Ensure that the developed test methods are repeatable, accurate, precise, specific, linear, and robust.
- Responsible for full analytical testing of chemical and detergent residues from equipment and product
under the cleaning validation program.
- Perform rigorous, efficient, and accurate development, validation/ verification of test methods used
for quality control testing of manufactured products and new products, testing of samples under
process validation program, and testing of samples under cleaning validation program.
- Facilitate improvement of existing testing methods to lessen timespent in testing, manage equipment
and reagents used to meet required parameters/ criteria.
- In-house calibration of instruments. (pH meter, analytical weighing balance, HPLC, Dissolution tester,
UV-Vis spectrometer)
