Responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via phone and email.
Act as the first point of contact for our owners and guests who have questions or require support.
Build a deep understanding of our customers by analyzing and interpreting our data on customer needs and pain points, and support management with prioritization of requests, features, and improvements by spotting and surfacing customer trends.
Complete all Customer Operations tasks to a high level of service,
including but not limited to onboarding, guest bookings,
cancellations, and inquiries.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions. Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility. Process renewals of customer's expiring services. Offers upgrades of customer's existing products.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
