Assist with administrative tasks to support our property management team as needed
· Respond to guest queries.
· Calendar management.
· Send information, such as house rules, check-in instructions, and researched information about the area, prior to arrival.
· Coordinates with maintenance team if required
· Updates property listings
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
