More Info About Me
Hi! I am Joanna Marie Bautista. My colleagues call me JM. I am 39 years old, a Housewife and happily married with three children. I am an undergraduate of A. B. Communication Arts, also took a short course on Medical Transcription. In my free time I love binge watching series on Netflix and trying to self-study courses about freelancing.
I worked as a medical/business transcriptionist, and I have knowledge in some medical terms. I was also a Customer Service Representative for almost a decade with different BPO’s. I have learned a lot from my previous companies. I’ve been a QA and a Subject Matter Expert, assisting my teams while taking calls and giving them feedback afterwards.
I stopped working after giving birth with my twins. And now that I am ready to work again, I want to work in the freelancing world. I know that I have a lot to give in. I am passionate about work, and I am organized and want the work done on time. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to changes.
