More Info About Me

I've worked in customer service for four years. I spent two years in the hospitality and food industry working as a Receptionist, Cashier, Server, and occasionally managing their online accounts (Instagram & Facebook). Following that, I worked in the BPO industry as a call center agent, where I answered customer inquiries, questions, and complaints via phone, email, and chat. I also manage a Financial Account, where I process payments and explain monthly billing.

My visual and kinesthetic learning styles definitely aid me in understanding and completing projects quickly, especially those that I am unfamiliar with or have no prior experience with.

I've been in the customer service industry for years and have dealt with a variety of people, situations, and tasks, but one thing I've made a point of doing is providing quality in all of my work.
