• Answer inquiries regarding a government owned health insurance that caters to pregnant, postpartum patient as well as their newborn babies.
• Provides basic information on how to avail and renew their health insurance services.
• Addressing minimal complaints.
• Submit on specific electronic system that generates patients’ information in order to process claims per patient.
Submit a detailed report on Head of Office for all in process, for voucher and paid patients’ health insurance.
Check email intermittently and transmit to person in-charge.
• Handled outbound telecommunications account.
• Handled minimal technical support.
• Deal with customer care, billing, accounting and data processing.
• Answers telephone reservations and inquiries.
• Taking and maximizing reservations/bookings.
• Meeting, greeting and seating guest to their assigned seats.
• Revisits guest to their table and make sure to provide an excellent customer service.
Welcome guest to the restaurant and seat them at their table.
Provide menu recommendations and answers any questions about menu items.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using point of sale system.
Deliver food and beverages to the table in a timely and efficient manner.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and promptly handle any complaints.
Prepare bills and accept payment from customers.
Clear and clean tables and ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with kitchen staff and management as needed.
Process payments from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Handle cash, credit card and gift card transactions.
Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is enough change available for customers.
Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including keeping the area free of clutter and ensuring that supplies (such as receipts and change) are readily available.
Answers customer questions about menu items, specials and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, thanking them for their business and resolving any issues or complaints they have.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff members to ensure that orders are processed accurately and that food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as stocking supplies, cleaning tables and taking customers order over the phone.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
