➢Prepare and/or issue policy and endorsement
➢ Prepare documentation of collective fire policies and
endorsements for SM Group Insurance Program, Banco De
Oro Property Insurance Program, and other Jumbo/Complex accounts requested by BDO Insurance Brokers, Inc.
➢ Coordinates and provides assistance to BDO Insurance Brokers, Inc. regarding any concerns and queries with the fire insurance business they’ve been giving us, especially SM Group Insurance Program, De Oro Property Insurance Program, and other Jumbo/Complex accounts.
➢ Provide assistance to the Reinsurance Department on the updates of such accounts which they have the concern of securing the documents for their own.
➢ Override commissions such as China Bank, BDO Account, and other accounts
➢ Add insured name, address, KYC, TIN, and Business Style
➢ Prepare premium adjustments in various accounts
➢ Coordinates clarify requirements of handling major accounts with concerned marketing officers, brokers, and agents.
➢ Answering telephone calls of various clients, marketing, and brokers.
➢ Answering emails of various clients, marketing, and brokers
➢ Handling special accounts of various brokers and agents such as:
* February 2017
- SM Main Accounts (Group PARI & SNT)
- SM Affiliates (such as Watsons, Ace Hardware, etc.)
- SM Development Corporation (SMDC)
- SM Prime Holdings, Inc.
➢ Perform other duties/task assigned to me by my superiors
