Interacting with Assurant policyholders over the phone, through chat, or via website and email and provide an efficient customer experience
-Manage the day–to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets, to develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents and to act as the communication conduit between Frontliners and Management.
-Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
Creating end-to-end test plan, audit and submit end of shift reports, attend weekly business review with TL/OM Client and also hold calibration with the assigned team/campaign
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
