Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. I also supervise staff, manage inventory, and address customer concerns. and also play a key role in training, scheduling, and motivating the team.
Supervising and Managing Staff: Creating employee schedules, assigning task, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance reviews.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well- stocked.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
Sales and Operations: Assisting in achieving sales targets, implementing promotions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Compliance: Ensuring store operations align with company policies and procedures, including safety and security.
Helps customers in retail and wholesale settings, guiding them to desired products, processing transactions, and maintaining the store environment.
