As a Sales Coordinator, I handled promoters in hardware retailer stores in the Philippines. I made phone calls, wrote emails, visited stores to check out displays, competitor's products and discuss internal store procedures, and attended to other issues or concerns of store managers and promoters. I also made sure that every store met its sales quotas.
I am also putting up proposals for new products and events. In order to give stock inventory reports, buy orders, RTV (return to vendor), repairs, and monitoring for my managed promoters, I developed my own monitoring using Excel or Spreadsheets. Additionally, I'm in charge of organizing event procedures, modules, and other marketing necessities.
