I am a B.S. mathematics major in Computer Science graduate from Far Eastern University. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented data entry professional with 1 years of experience in data entry as a virtual assistant, I have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, and am proficient in the use of software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook. I am an effective team player who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members. My first company is PLDT Eventus where I worked as a customer service representative. We handle prepaid sim card accounts, check the balance, and value-added services that are enrolled in their account but they are not aware that causes a deduction in their load. The next one is Concentrix where I stay for almost 9yrs, I worked as a Customer Associate Representative for a credit card account, handling billing queries like purchase, credit, and late fee adjustment. The last one is at TaskUs I worked as a content Moderator for almost a year and a half. We review businesses, pages, and personal accounts that might cause harm to online users such as scams, counterfeit products, and prohibited drugs.
