• Organizes data into an excel file
• Categorizes her expenses monthly and yearly
• Reviews and checks all documents related to sales admin transactions (i.e. Purchase Agreement for release, lot location for interment)
• Monitors collectors’ efficiency monthly and consistently achieves above 80% collection of accounts receivable.
• Prepares and computes collectors’ incentives, collection efficiency, and other reports concerning collections and collection cost.
• Checks and reviews all Statement of Account computations upon request by the clients.
• Preparation and computation of restructured accounts, full payments, downgrading or upgrading.
• Review and check interment documents in compliance with requirements.
• Orients, training, and guides subordinates in the performance of duties.
• Manages Facebook account for collection inquiries.
• Handles and processes checks, wire transfers, and other payment transactions and processes other expenses including utility bills, insurance bills, rent, employee reimbursements, etc.
• Takes responsibility to match the invoices with proper documentation, receiving records, and purchase orders.
• Creates and maintains correct accounts payable files and journal entries.
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations for the Accounts Payable account and monthly closing activities according to the closing calendar and instructions.
• Composes and proofread memos, letters, and reports, providing accurate, concise, and error-free communication.
• Prepares the annual budget and manages the monthly budget for office and housekeeping supplies and places orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinates with prospective employees and scheduled interviews.
• Works as a liaison and point of communication between 20+ head office staff & managers and 15 branch office staff.
• Greets and proactively assists visitors in a timely manner and interacts with customers professionally by phone, email, or in-person to provide information and directs them to desired staff members.
• Manages Facebook account for sales and marketing
