❑ Analyzes the training needs for client-based programs.
❑ Works closely with clients to assess, develop, and implement training materials.
❑ Designs and develops new hire, cross-training, and other training materials using ADDIE and other curriculum development methodology.
❑ Evaluates and administers traditional and Learning training solutions using various multi-media formats and authoring tools.
❑ Assesses content development effectiveness to enhance training content as needed.
❑ Partners with Operations, Clients, and all other stakeholders to build knowledge checks, assessments, and training recommendations when needed.
❑ Project Planning - Works with client partner, corporate and local learning & performance teams on training plans. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that set goals can be met.
❑ Project Execution - Teams up with other stakeholders to launch new sites and/or medium to large client engagements from a learning & performance perspective
❑ Project Follow Up/Control - Ensures compliance with learning & performance processes/systems executed during launch/ramp; aides in compiling and distributing requested data regarding training attrition, training attendance, etc. Follows progress of attrition classes for programs and works with corporate team to prevent over commitment of resources.
❑ Project Closure - Aides in the transfer of responsibilities from launch to production.
❑ Evaluate, mentor, and support trainers to provide quality
training
❑ Lead the trainers to meet productivity and quality goals
❑ Meet training completion goals
❑ Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements
associated with each training goal and class
❑ Understand and improve the key success metrics associated
with training goals
❑ Deliver excellent employee experiences
❑ Provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data
to deliver training in a timely and accurate manner following client requirements and company standards
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
