Data Entry
When I was as an HR Staff, I was in charge of preparing employee attendance and payroll. I handled daily data entry tasks such as encoding overall attendance, including tardiness and absences, and ensuring accurate timekeeping records. I updated leave balances, monitored timesheets, and made sure all data was complete and correct before payroll processing. I also helped maintain employee files and supported the team with administrative tasks. This role taught me the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, attention to detail and consistency — especially when dealing with sensitive employee information and strict deadlines.

When I owned a travel and tours business, I managed everything myself—from attending industry trainings to stay updated, to answering client inquiries, booking flights and accommodations, and assisting with travel documents. It was a hands-on experience that strengthened my organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I also handled all data entry tasks, such as maintaining client records, booking logs, and travel documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. My clients trusted me for my professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail throughout the entire booking process.
