 Collaborate together with physicians, registered nurses, and other allied health professionals as part of the healthcare team.
 Effectively communicate with patients and their families while offering emotional support and education.
 Ensure that all patient care activities and observations are accurately and promptly documented.
 Follow legality and morality when it comes to patient confidentiality and records.
 Observe the healthcare facility's established policies, procedures, and protocols.
 Follow the professional standards of nursing practice and ethical principles.
 In all of your interactions with patients, coworkers, and other healthcare team members, act with professionalism and ethics.
 Preserve the norms and ideals of the nursing profession.
 Work under the close supervision of a clinical instructor or registered nurse.
 Get assessments and comments to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas that need work.
 To keep up with the latest developments in the field and contemporary healthcare practices, continue your education and training.
