Contacts medical insurance companies in US to get the status of the claims, to appeal
denials, submit documents they need (ex. Medical records)

Listening to both Inbound/Outbound calls of the representatives to check the accuracy
of information and quality of service they provide to our clients/patients.
Leaves scores and comments on areas of improvement on each call monitored.

Calls our past customers/patients to see how they’re doing and if there are any medical
needs they still seek such as our 30-day inpatient rehabilitation in one of our facility.
Verifies the status of their insurance if it’s a private or state claim. If state claim but still
wishes to get services from us, I explain how the private pay option works and do some
screening interview to the client or their family member before passing it over to our
account manager.
