Assisted client's technical issues reported via call, chat and email. Logging tickets in ServiceNow, monitor it from creation until closure. Also the Training POC where the main task was to conduct knowledge transfer to newbies, logging onboarding items, recorded training completion via a report tracker, created scorecards, conducted SRT and overseeing the overall training completion of the team. Was also a shift lead with the main task of monitoring the team's availability to support.
