I am a BPO Professional and have worked in the industry for over 6 years. I am currently working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for over a year. In 6 years of working in the BPO, I have handled different lines of businesses and different workloads from Customer Service, Email Management, Collections and Technical support. While I do not have the Professional Experience as a Social Media Manager, I have managed my own Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and sharpened my knowledge by enrolling to free and paid online Social Media Management courses.
