During my on-the-job training, I honed my data entry skills by managing critical documents such as the Purchase Weekly Report and Bidform Specifications. These tasks involved accurately entering and organizing data related to inventory, supplies, and project specifications, ensuring that all information was up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
For the Purchase Weekly Report, I collected and input data on various procurement activities, including tracking purchases, quantities, suppliers, and delivery timelines. This allowed the team to monitor stock levels and make informed purchasing decisions.
