I have been in the customer service industry for 18 months with experience in handling different channels (call, chat, and email) for U.S.-based companies. I also worked for a Japanese educational company for almost 2 years prior to that where I mainly do transcription, language assessments, and online English teaching. During my free time, traveling to new places is my go-to activity. I am very passionate about traveling because it is a great opportunity to learn from others and it helps me connect more with myself, and get out of my comfort zone.

I’m responsible for assisting HR personnel, employers, and administrators with their payroll concerns (running payroll, setting time off policies and time tracking, general calculations of their employees’ salary, general tax questions, etc) through phone, chat, and email. As an SME, I am responsible for my team’s customer satisfaction rate. Mainly, my role is to support teammates in engaging with customers through different channels. I do admin tasks as well which include reviewing my team's DSAT surveys, analyzing them and discovering their root cause, monitoring our workforce channel for call-outs, monitoring our daily csat and open cases, providing real-time feedback to teammates, and doing 1 on 1 coaching. I also handle customer escalations through phone and email.
I am responsible for assisting drivers with their off-road concerns through email which includes walking them through the requirements and sign-up process, helping them with background check inquiries, and assisting them with their appeals for service violations.
I transcribe a minimum of 240 1-2 minute audios per day to conduct a proper evaluation of the students' reading and comprehension skills. I proofread essays written by Japanese students using a rubric that was formulated by the client and I taught Japanese students, both children, and adults, English communication skills using an online platform.
