I have worked as a Chat and Email Support for more than 2 years in an Australian Telecom Company helping and providing satisfaction to customer's needs. As a hobby, I have taught myself to use Canva to create invitations for friends and families. As a 4 year graduate of Mass Communications, I believe I have great English writing, listening, and verbal communications skills. In relation to that, I also worked as an English teacher online to adult students all over the world, particularly to Chinese, Japanese, and Korean adults for more than 2 years. I have attended online trainings and webinars to expand my knowledge working as a freelancer. With confidence, I can say that I am a tech-savvy person, honest, friendly, polite, keen on details, and adaptable to change. As a person, I have a cheerful disposition, I am patient, a fast learner, a hard worker, an independent worker, helpful, well-organized, and creative.
